NOW AVAILABLE: 2020 Autism Direct Funding (ADF) Applications
Autism Direct Funding is granted through a joint initiative between Developmental Services Resource Centre – Waterloo Region (DSRC) and Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region (EAFWR). Families may be eligible to receive up to $500 in funding (e.g. for summer camp fees, 1:1 support, respite or a skill development program). The funding is for programs occurring between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021.
Applications are considered based on equitable criteria and funding is not guaranteed.
Applications will be available on our website until January 31, 2020. If you are unable to access the application online, paper copies will be available to pick up at DSRC (205-1120 Victoria St. N. Kitchener, ON N2B 3T2, Ph: 519-741-1121).
All completed paper applications need to be returned to DSRC by January 31 in order to be considered. Unfortunately no applications can be accepted after the deadline.
