Understanding Conflict & Communication
Understanding Conflict and Communication – Foundations & Clearing Conflict is a workshop for personal and professional development.
In this workshop, you will become more aware of your preferred conflict style and identify situations where each conflict style can be used most effectively.
You will also use your knowledge of conflict styles to practice communication that clears up conflict and improves empathy in relationships.
This 3 hour workshop is designed for people who provide support and are open to all community members.
