Free Yoga in the Park, offered by Queen St Yoga! Gather in Victoria Park, off of Schneider St. Entrance. Classes are Wed. 11:45-12:45pm and Sundays 4:00 -5:00 pm and run from June 3 until the end of September.
Autism Teenage Partnership is now in Kitchener-Waterloo! And the first teen get-together is Saturday, June 6th Make sure you are registered soon…you do not want to miss their special guest to the group on June 13th – the Aspie Comic, Michael McCreary, is coming to hang out.

June 13, 10:00-1:00 pm, Ride On! Get your bike out of hibernation and back on the road with staff from Recycle Cycles. They’ll share basic bike maintenance tips, teach you how to fix a flat, and more. Bring your bike and meet us in the Civic Centre Park. (Located next to Central Library, between Ahrens St. and Otto St.) This program is weather dependent. In the event of rain, the program will be cancelled. Registration required at kpl.org
June 14 2:00 -5:00 pm: The Grand Porch Party is a free music festival held on the front porches of homes in Uptown West Waterloo. This free, fabulous event was named Waterloo Region Arts Award Best New Festival in 2012. This is an afternoon of community, music and environment for anyone and everyone. The Grand Porch Party is held in Uptown West Waterloo, behind the Waterloo Town Square. The neighbourhood for the GPP is bounded by Euclid Ave, Alexandra Ave, Roslin Ave and Dawson St.
Come to K-W Multicultural Festival on June 20 and 21, from 12:00 – 8:00 pm in Victoria Park!
June 20, 10-11:30 pm @KPL: Children and families are invited to join us for a very special storytelling and music making event with Jan Sherman. Jan is an Anishnaabe Metis woman, mother, storyteller, drummer, and singer. She’s has been sharing stories all of her life, and has taken her traditional First Nations storytelling around the world. All ages. No registration required.
Father’s Day Craft Beer Festival will take place on Sunday, June 21 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Doon Heritage Village featuring musical entertainment, delicious food and local craft beer. This event is presented in collaboration with the Rib Fest and Craft Beer Show. Admission to the festival is $20 plus HST per person and includes admission to BEER! The Exhibit, five sample beer tokens, and a souvenir glass. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 519-748-1914
